Carroot1
Hey so Im workin on a project. I can fit 2 12" ported subs tuned to 33 hz with a budget of 700-800 dollars on an amp and 2 subs.. Im building the boxes myself. I really want this car to bump so any ideas are appeciated and i will only consider buying brand new items no refurb sorry:/ I edited this because i am canceling my order because the subs wont fit if they were to be tuned correctly Edited September 15, 2010 by Carroot1

hdorre
Hey so I bought a HFi 2000d amplifier which puts out 1300 watts rms at 2 ohms and I have 3 12' kickers that take 400 watts rms each wired at 2.7 ohms so will the hifonics be able to supply the recommended power to these bad boys? thanks Youll be okay, but id try and wire it to a lower ohm load. After rise youll probably be around atleast 3 ohms. Guest
amp should output like 1100rms but itll be fine regardless. you wont notice a volume difference with a hundred watts or so.
