box for 2 Alpine Type X's

I need a little help with designing a box for the 12 inch type x's they will be in the back of a S10. got about 6.2 ft^3 here is the dimensions to go with 42' long, 13.75'' wide (speakers mounted inverted on this side, its the top), then 19 inches tall. i was thinking 2.25 ft^3 per sub with about 18 in^2 of port per cube. this is bigger than recommended from alpine, but i want a little more on the low end. Any suggestions?

dont worries about the specks , those are garbage , bigger the better , more air space the more boom, what htz do you want to run , 30htz will flex more deeper bass, 40 will be louder but not as much shaking ,

2.5-3 cubic feet, slot port, 34-40 square inches of port, tuned to low 30's and you'll be gold.

i was thinking tuning somewhere between 30-34 hz i want it to shake a bit, its for a friend that just wants it loud and lots of flex so i was thinkin like 32 ish.. with the slot port was gonna seperate chamber them and have the 2 seperate slot ports in the middle facing up.
