Their old amps were pretty good and their new ones are complete garbage. I am on my third one down. The first one stopped producing sound. The second wouldn't turn on. And now the third, wont produce any sound. Whatever you do, don't ever get a power acoustik amp. They are garbage. My bass is louder than your mom... Guest Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 i have never used a PA product but it seems like alot of companies nowadays are switching build houses to very very low quality ones that are located in china. kind of sad to see companies cheaping out. i LOVE old school amplifiers that are made in the USA. my fosgate 200a4 for example, was made in the USA. people say this series of amps (from 99-01) are some of THE best 4/2 channel amps they have ever made and the new ones cant touch it.
