TC sounds is an OEM Manufacturer. That means they make speakers for other companies. The other companies buy the speakers from TC sounds and put thier name on it. Ground Zero has been using TC sounds to make their subs since 97.

Read the Ground Zero website, it says it right on the homepage.

TC doesnt build for GZ anymore. I am well aware they did a long time ago aswell as other, but when GZ became a giant here in the EU it wasnt economical to build them in the USA and ship to there warehouse in Germany. There made in Europe, and have been for some time.

Judging by the current woofers looks like they are still partners in bed in some form or fashion.......just sayin
