Bassboxman's Soundstream Alien Enclosure *Winter is OVER!* Back to work

Been working on this since late May and worked on it for a couple months then stopped for a couple months then back on it for a couple months..

System includes

(1) Soundstream XXX10000D amplifier

(1) Soundstream DTR 500 watt (4 channel)

(2) sets of Soundstream TRC components (front doors)

(1) pair of Soundstream TRC 6.5's (rear doors)

(1) Soundstream crossover

(1) Soundstream Bass EQ

Here is a picture of the beginning (base) to build off of for my 03 Saturn VUE.

Here is the framework after about two months of working on it after work and when I found time here and there. This is where I left it before the two month break I took to work on other projects (door pods etc.)

Wrapped and resin applied to hold the shape.

Sanding and filler started to take place.

Eye (subs) rings in progress. (These are temporary rings to get this thing functional in time for finals).

LED rope light.

Chases and does some other patterns. Wanted it to look like liquid flowing through its nostils, turned out pretty nice.
