slow240sx Posted October 6, 2010 Report Posted October 6, 2010 I got a set of jl xr650csi components powered by a fosgate 800.2, they sound good but I had then for over 6 years and am looking for something louder. Planning on running active. Went to a good local shop to c what they had. Options were powerbass, selenium or oxygen audio pro series. I am thinkin bout the oxygen pro with neo magnet, rated for 175 rms but he says they give them more than that if crossed over right. They say oxygen better sounding and louder than selenium, soundstream pro and eminence. They looked beefy and well built compared to the others for $99 each. Haven't decided on tweeters yet. Any opinions? Going in 92 240sx with deadened doors. Btw, looking for 6.5". My amp is rated 200x2.
