Edit: howd, that dremel work for you? I wanna pick one up but havn't decided.

For making circles it works amazing, the motors a little under powered but cuts through 3/4" MDF pretty quickly.

I didnt do much today, just doing last adjustments on the the positioning of the baffle. In the pic it dosent look like much but fitting this in in this way is a lot harder than it looks.

Got the baffle all fitted correctly.

Cutout in my rear deck where the ports gonna come up through, i dosent look good now but i just did this quickly at the end of the day its its gonna be a lot better later.

How the ports gonna stick out of the rear deck. Will be fiber glassed or carpet/cloth covered in the end.

i'm really liking what you did with the port on this..quite creative.

c'mon now, if i was shooting an 8 year old, it wouldnt be MY 8 year old.

i recently got a Pyle PL1590BL and i was building an enclosure for it tuned to 25 hz. i didn't have any tools to cut a circle so i hit it with a big hammer.
