I can't believe how many speakers your fitting into that door, speechless. So whats the word on the paint, still two toning it? I photoshoped some pictures of it for you on the Rockford site a while back, not sure if you remember.

Im glad someone said something about the suggestions. it did get kinda old seeing a neew one every time i opened the thread. I am definately loving this build. i bet one the doors are finished you, or chicken should be killing cute furry animals in no time.

so i drenched the black material in resin to get a "base" to start the rest of the panel.........i gotta say, this is going to take LONG LONG time. Resin+dark+cold+raining out (even if its not raining directly on me)=a long grey beard. I must have cut my grey beard and my fingernails 8 times waiting for this to set up.

I gotta get my bake-chamber set up by this weekend hopefully it will help....

shit bro, in the summer you got like 5 minutes to get that resin on and your brush into the acetone bath or its over....now its like 3 hours later and im still waiting. See the kind of worker i am, i have a hard time gettin off my ass but when i do i cant stop.......so it really sucks when i get off my ass, get my work clothes on, go outside get prepped start working and then i have to shut it all down and go inside. Messes with progress big time. There is other stuff to do but i like to focus on what i am doing and not be all over the place.....

oh well....i can only do what i can do..

yes we are probably going to still do 2 tone. I doubt were gonna do a red stripe but it will probably be silver or grey and black like i originally had in mind..... mayyyybe. Depends on what my paint guy suggests when i talk to him.....its gonna be a while.

Chicken wants a black interior with silver threads on the seams.......i think it will look PIMP that way so thats the thought right now. We will see....
