meade916
Nice, how long total did that take you? I've been meaning to do that to mine, just forgot about it with all the system work... I like it, looks great... it took me longer then normal because i practiced on an old housing first.......and then the aftermarket one i have now (the diamond clears) were different in back so i had to change my gameplan a little. the stock headlight housings use a "butyl" type sealant that gets really soft and easy to pull apart if you heat it up. The aftermarkets had some sort of silicone sealant and it was a pain in the ass to pull apart. That probably took the most time, gettin them apart without ruining them LOL. i would say that now, like ANY thing i (or we) do, i can easily cut my install time in half now that i have done it once (or twice with practice LOL). I think i need to roll these for a while and make sure all is well before i get rid of my old stuff. I might even get a new set of housings and keep them on hand just in case i gotta go back in a hurry. I dont expect to but you never know!
