Where would the IACV be on a 1995 chevy lumina(updates)

Could possibly be a vacuum leak. With engine running take a can of starting fluid and spray along vacuum lines and if theres a noticeable change in idle then you probably found the leak.

Also, how has your fuel mileage been since it's been doing this? What about engine power?

Alright and good and great

Have you always had this high idle problem? I know some older GM vehicles idle a lil higher in park then in drive. Might be normal.

If this is something that recently started then I'd look into vacuum lines. Also make sure all electrical connectors under hood are properly connected. Any wires look really worn out/broken?

Derp.

Been doing it ever since we got it I'm guessing it's normal too.

I looked all over the engine all the wires seem fine.

IF you do this be carefull where you spray as the starting fluid is flammable and could start a fire. I'd use water, you get the same result only the engine will chug more and want to die out, instead of the idle going higher when using starting fluid if you have a leak.

I'd rather have something that evaporates/burns quickly in my intake/motor compared to water. Water in an engine is a VERY bad thing. My .02 :)

The only noticeable thing I seen as far as vacuum lines the boot on the PCV was cracked.

I really gotta make a video lol
