Since I could not find the xmax of the woofer on kickers site so it is hard to tell him how much port he really needs. Since port area shouldn't really be calculated by the size of the box, it should be calculated by the xmax of the woofer.

Yeah I got ya, I know from testing they won't like that much port and will get smelly in a hurry. The best I found was they like 16 sq inches per cube for daily and 20 sq inches for burp.

goddammit guess i shoulda did 15s lol. sooo its looking like new box then? or sell the subs and get 15s haha. ill try adding port length first, then sealed and see if that helps.

I played around with the square subs for awhile and got them to sound really damn good, but not meter any higher then a 151, and IMO that is weak for two 15's so I said fuck it and when to a wall with 4 aq 15's and I am doing 160's now...LOL

anyways, back on topic. so ill try adding port then sealing. wont be able to do this for a couple days. live in an apartment no room to work (college). have to go back to the 'rents place to do anything. ill probably get a video up in 2 hours or so if anyones awake then . any songs in particular i should play?

ahhh if i only had the money id switch things up, butttt im broke for now gotta do the best with what i have.

if i do end up building a new box id rather give up my rear view mirror than my back seats. max size for the box would be 38 width, 31 depth, 31 height (this would be around 1-2 inches away from the ceiling) would that be big enough or would i pretty much hafta say bye bye to the seats?

That would be money with a big ass port, if you are thinking the L7s still. That would be a good ~(4-4.5) cubes per sub depending on port and that would boom. LOL
