couple questions

#1 - I had a box built and the insides were not rounded - would this matter? If so, how much? I'm pretty sure it's only on the port entrance...

#2 - I have 8awg power wire 17 feet for the amp - is this ok for 500w RMS if I crank it to the max?

#3 - Inside the box is 10awg speaker wire. From the amp to the box is 12awg. Is this ok for 500w RMS? I have it ran about 1/1.5 feet

#4 - do the terminals matter at all, or can I just wrap the wire around it? the box has bolts with nuts for the terminals.

#5 - how loud should 500w RMS be? How much should I feel it?

1 you are fine

2 you should be ok

3 not a problem

4 mite wanna do good terminals

5 look at my vids in my build log(In siggyy) that should give you a idea how loud and how much shit should move

1)It'll be fine.

2) 8ga. will be ok with 500w but any more than that and you'll want to upgrade to something thicker.

3)10ga/12ga is fine to use on that power.

4)If they used bolts then get some terminals on the end of the wire and bolt them on.

5) Depends on the box and subs really.
