Just put it back in a box and send it back. We will take care of it as soon as we get back from SEMA. We stand behind everything 1000% so if there was any thought that we *wouldn't* cover it, don't worry about it.. The vibration you had is the torque load of the alternator because it has too much output at the speed it's turning at idle, on *that* car.. The XPs take a lot of torque to drive, especially at low speeds and the vibration from the torque load is what broke the bracket, plain and simple.. As for the voltage being low, it's where it's supposed to be and that regulator runs a bit lower, but remember that's only *voltage*, the alternator you have has 3x the *current* your stock alternator does at idle..
