EricR
Not worth it to get the cap, second get some sound deadner. Quote i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work? Well guess what, the big three will make the "bass hit". Torres
i like how that port fits in the box, but i don't like how it's not rounded over on the inside. nor do i see a 45 degree angle in the port, although that's hard to see. what are the dimensions of that port and box? port seems kinda thin to me

Well guess what, the big three will make the "bass hit". Really? How much would it cost to get the big 3 for my car? Least expensive preferred but don't want anything cheap i like how that port fits in the box, but i don't like how it's not rounded over on the inside. nor do i see a 45 degree angle in the port, although that's hard to see. what are the dimensions of that port and box? port seems kinda thin to me Would it be hard to add a 45 in there? And yeah he didn't round the edged but people have told me that doesn't matter. As for anyone with un-helpful comments, just don't post. I'm not here to argue or get any useless posts, I just want some help. Yes, I am new to car audio, that's why I came here for help Here is the sheet that was used to build the box. http://mobile.jlaudio.com/pdfs/11415.pdf Uploaded with ImageShack.us Quote i suck men dry...email me for details

From what I read on the reviews of that sound deadener, it takes the rattle away? Isn't that what I'm looking for? or does the bass still hit hard and take the rattle out of the spots you don't want?
