okay. not sure on alt power yet im taking my truck to matt at mechman after the first of the year. since nobody makes a bracket for my truck he is going to make me one. i will atleast be running 2 350ish amp alts if possible 3 of them if i have room. i have a 2008 chevy colorado crew cab. i will be putting majority of the batteries in toolbox type deal in the bed. as far as amps i will be running 4 dc 175.4's 2dc 2000.1's and 2 dc 5500.1's

8 D3100 would work for you. They are basically the same physical sizes as the hc2400 you were looking at, but put out a lot more power. If you have the room and budgett to run more than 8, then its only going to help you out when doing demos for long periods of time.

Just to let everyone know I just saw the Final Price Sheet for 2011 and there is a price increase on the batteries. New prices will go into effect the first of the year, so if you are on the fence about the group buy now is the time to take advantage.

I am sure most do not pay attention to it, but lead has been increasing in price for the past several months and has finally gotten to the point where we can't eat the extra expense. All of the battery companies are going to have increases this year because of this, so I just wanted to let you all know ahead of time.

All the Grand AMs take a group 75 battery. You should be able to fit the 3400 in the stock location, but you would want to check and make sure.
