SnowDrifter
How do I measure port length? What I mean is: If I have an L port, how would I find it's length? Where would I measure from? I am confused on the 90 degree angle part, and what sort of length that adds to the port, and how to compensate. Then more of a nuts-and-bolts question: What determines the resistance of a voice coil? Is it thickness? Winding length? Something else? EDIT: And one more question, could I effectively make a box with multiple port tunings? Like one at 29hz, and another at 45hz? ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
