Trust me I know its hard but its mostly all a mental game. I've got the trainning for it. This kid that just passed doesn't work out nearly as hard as me. I plan to beat his scores easy and the other guy testing for our sector to get first rank so i can deploy first. I've watched everyday PJ/CCT video out there lol. It's very hard no one thinks the AF can be that badass but they truely have no idea.

on a side note for the PAST swimming im SO glad i use the Combat Stroke. It has to be the easiest stroke known to man. I dont get tired or winded after the 500m. so im good to go. I JUST got off the phone with my recruiter and he said late this month early feb ill take the test.. Im tired of waiting for his boss to give out the damn test date. Im more then ready and i want to do it now

dont do the combat stroke thats for girls lol do freestyle then do breast stroke i do freestyle first 100m which is like 70sec then the first of every new 100m i do breast stroke then rest is freestyle time will be down under 9 mins easy

I HATE freestlye with a passion.Plus i was talking to a guy trainning for the SEALs and he said they have to do the combat stroke. if i need to kick up my time then hell yes ill throw in Freestlye. I move once i get freestlye and i was thinking about do exactly what you do but ill prob do combat and freestyle of any of the 2. It would be badass if we could do just 1 40m underwater swim instead of the 2 20m so i could get it out of the way faster

Lucky you i want to take this and just have to keep waiting. I sworn in in November but was supposed to take the test in December but never got the date

lol i took the test before i swore in which they aren't aloud to do that but i didnt want another job

I didn't want another job either... but they said you have to right down 3 other jobs before you take the test .... O well ill take the test and be the first one to pass it on the first try around here

yeah i filled out three different jobs at meps but they already knew i was going in for cct and didnt say anything

hdorre- No its more of a 6th order im debating on making it taller at this point to get a larger box. BUT right now as its designed at 14.5" high it slides right through into the cab. I would save my self some extra wood work and measureing by keeping it the same saixe BUT it is a PITA to mount these fing subs in a small hole. the last box took me 2+ hours to mount them in a 13x11 hole... FML so if i make the sleeve that will make it a 6th order and it's become about 16"h which will give me a internal face for the sub baffles of 14.5 which would help mount thing them for sure but as it is right now the box is 48" long.. It's very large and i dont want to make it any longer but i can and ill have like NO bed space lol

If you make it higher, you maybe be able to make it shorter (to a certain extent). With it being winter and you living in Maryland, you may just want to do the box thats 14.5" high because of the cold.

On the other hand, with your current box- youll take a lot of time to mount the subs.
