samsungs are always nice, i got mine last year. 42 inch led 1080p. i think i got it for around 800 or so

honestly, i cant tell the difference in quality from a 400 dollar walmart tv and a 1600 dollar tv. as long as it puts out 1080p, a few hdmi inputs, has full adjustability for picture settings and has a decent refresh rate im sure you'll be happy with it

agreed. vizio has quality products with good features for a reasonable price. i would look into them and see if they have anything within your budget.

That WAS the budget, my ma just ordered a 42" 120hz LG, for around $700, still a really good deal, was $900somthing, and its onsale for $700, from best buy, I'm happy for it, should be here next tuesday then'll sit under(in front) of the tree till Christmas. Thanks for the help anyways guys :)
