how does everyone wire their DC sub (need help)

What I mean is I am running 10 gauge wire to my sub and the hole in the push post is too small when I wire it parallel to fit 2 ends of 10 gauge wire in there. Right now I have one going in throught the front and one from the back but each is like half way and im scared it will fall out and fuck something up. My aq2200 has 2 pos and neg posts and I know its a 1ch amp so if I run one pos and neg from each to each pos and neg coil will that be the same as going from the amp to one coil and then jumping over like I have it now? If not what are some suggestions? Would 12 gauge wire be good enough for that much power? I hope I wrote that out like im trying to say lol

I wire outside the box. Easier to change ohm loads and only one wire per terminal

Each bolt is connected to a terminal via 8ga.

I installed these buss bars inside the box. Wired all the subs to them and then one lead from each to 2 pair of binding posts mounted to the face of the box.

Thats what ill do. I've seen that done on a few boxes and I was gonna do that for my next box. Right now I have the wires ran through the box and had it series so it wasn't a prob but with my new amp I wired it parallel and thats when I ran into the problem. Im not gonna be changing ohm loads once its hooked up so im not worried about that but ima do it that way anyway. It looks cleaner

Im assuming its a dual 2 ohm sub.

You can just wire each positive of the sub to each positive on the amp, and the same with the negatives, and it will be at 1 ohm

No picts of the inside. They are just bolted to some of my interior supports. I have 2 rows of 5 subs. With each sub wired in series and the pos and neg of each sub to a buss bar. All the neg terminals to one bar and all the pos terminals on the other bar. Then I have a 8g wire from each bar to a binding post on the box. Made it a lot easier to wire all the subs. If I did a bolt for each coil I would have 20 bolts on the front of the box
