I know with my 18s eighty was way too high. No Sir ... cut off around 42 htz ... My 6.5s are playing down to around 32 htz ... inreturn makes a seemless up front bass ... this is critical for Sound Quality ... Next, I have to get my rears installed and playing ... Helped us out with better left and right separation and a better stage and image ... and yes, that is a passive 2 way 6.5" component set you see here ...
