Planning electrical setup!

Recommended Posts

Not too good on the electrical side of things so i just wanna run this by some people that actually know whats up. Im gonna be running 2 AQ HDC3 15's in the back of my S10. Im running them on an AQ1200D i have (for now, waiting on the Crescendo BC3300). I wanna do this right the first time even if I gotta save a little longer. Anyways I'm planning on 2 XS Power D1400's one up front and one in the back and a Mechman 270a alt with the adjustable voltage harness set to charge at 16V. I know it will be more than enough for my 1200 but will it do ok with the 3300?

with that much amperage and that much battery reserves you should be fine.it going to draw about 150-200 amp of current on music which that alt will do fine with.plus your running at 16 v which is gonna help draw less amps!

2-10 inch hx2's rfd2110 getting close to 1200 watts rms
