Congrats bro, our builder finished ours in 65 days in order to get us in under the tax credit that was going on. Really depends on the builder I guess. Now its time to fill it up wit babys lol.

I have 4 kids already, it filling it with furnature that I have to worry about. No, that's just the materials. Doesn't come pre assembled.

Work to damn much to have bbq's every day. I'll be lucky to have them twice a month! It does really feel good though. If you only knew where I came from then you would truely understand.
