durranic Posted January 5, 2011 Report Share Posted January 5, 2011 ive been wanting to do a retro fit on my pilot.. but i cant decide on what projectors to use.. im stuck on the tsx projector w/ tsx-r clear lens, tl projector w/ zkw-r clear lens or the fx-r projectors w/ clear lenses.. anyone used any of these projectors?? or which one would u recomend??. I've heard good results from both the FX-R's and the Morimoto Minis (in both the H1 and D2S flavors.) They are smaller projectors that will fit just about anywhere. They are smaller projectors that will fit just about anywhere. yeah ive seen the morimotos in action.. but for some reason when i opened up my head light assembly the fx-r projector looks as if its like a 100% swap with no headaches.. so thats one reason why im leaning towards the fx-r's... i wish i could find the pics of my stock projectors.. I did YouTube researching, and I found some comparisons on there. here is one link. nice.. keep me updated with how the minis turn out.. woah!! never expected mr. meade himself replying to one of my threads.. hehe but yeah ive seen your vids and those projectors are super tiny... i actually have stock projectors on my 06 pilot.. so i just wanted to upgrade to something with a better cutoff and no glare what so ever "clear lenses" and thats about it.. i have like 2 pics from the front of my car nothing in detail of the lights.. w/ retro-solutions 55w 6k h11 hids...
