Landon75
Just wanted to give a little tutorial on how to make your own gif from youtube videos. (you can only use 4 sec clips from videos) find your video on youtube that you like and download it. copy the url and goHereand click on the 2nd tab that says download videos paste the url and choose the WMV video type and put your e-mail in so you can get the link it sends. once you get to your email download the video and open windows movie maker. you can only make a 4 second video clip to make a avatar so you have to split your funny clip into 4 seconds the how to tutorial is here http://www.gifninja.com/Tutorials.aspx after you publish your clip to your computer go to http://www.gifninja.com/ConvertVideoToGif.aspx and go to choose file and pick your 4 second video clip and click make my gif. once its done it will show your gif under the make my gif button click save image and save your gif and there you go you made your gif from a video. Sanitarium
Hmm.. might try this way some time. I use a website right now that does it directly from youtube without all the cutting on the computer.
