You must be realistic here because going with a BTL and 2000+watts = more money for electrical upgrades. Also what is your overall goal for the setup? You posted this in the SPL section but yet I see your box specs are tuned to 30hz. Thats seems like more of a ground pounder setup. If you want loud & low bass then I recommend a Bl 18" Mine get really low and stay loud while doing it. If price is a big factor then use either a SSD or Q whichever your budget allows. Then back that up with an appropriate 1000-1500watt amp. ground ponder eh? tooting my horn before I get it? I just wanna be loud but I love the lows... it's murdering the $450 budget, considering that's not even the sub right there... we'll say a $750 bugdet for sub and amp. and like I said in my other post, I have a 225A Alt and I need to do the Big Three and get a second smaller battery for the back, prolly a Kenetik HC600 yes that electric setup should have no problem with the amp.. but if i got a BTL18 id want alot more out of it than a bxi2006 could give it ya kknow? the BXi 2006D would be temporary until I can save an assload more to get a 2606D or an Orion 2500D. but figuring that thew 2006D would be about the maximum you electrical could handle for awhile... if I upgrade an alt, it's gonna be after I get a new commute car and can wall off my Corolla.
