and not all round ports are aero ports.

yea i'm not the greatest at image editing.. i try to do what i can while i'm at work.. don't like it when boss finds out i'm killing time to make overtime... but as far as the ports go.. i have a few ideas on how to flange them... this is gonna be a trial and error stage

with 12 square per cube, you really don't need to flange em at all honestly.

and as far as the elbowing goes, just make a 45 degree cut in the tube , twist the bottom part around till it forms a 90, and glue it back.

so why would the torres calculator say there are port bends.. i've designed the box exactly how it is and there is a 7 inch gap from the port to the back of the box, that doesn't make any sense
