If you can't afford the electrical why not get a less powerful amp? Or do you have it already?

Haven't ordered yet. But why not just go with the 2200D for future moments? Its only an extra 100$. + I can set the gains to only push out like 1200.. Then eventually buy the electrical. You know? Or am I just typing words that make no sense what so ever. Sure I can buy an AQ1200D, but I know a 2200D will satisfy me more in the long run. You know?

Yea. Read that yourself... And then thats the answer to this thread

/End

I read it.. And the answer to my thread is still not answered. Haha, what batteries are the best? LOL. I don't see one battery named in my comment.

One d3100 will power that amp above 12.5 volts no problem.

Smiley is old news, Meade doesn't care.

As foor batteries, get the biggest XS Power batt you can fit under the hood and one or two XS Power 3100's for the back. But if you do that, your looking at ABOUT the same price as a good mechman alt. So....

he doesn't need 2 d3100's in the back AND a big xs battery up front. MAYBE a d1200 in the back and d1200 or d3400 up front.

Haha. I almost had a heart attack when I read 2 batteries in back and 1 BIG one in front. Its only 2200 watts guys.. Not Steve status here :/

Oh why hello there Rogers. Haha. Just like you, I'm leaning towards the batteries cause it would cost me $500+ to get an alt too. So.. :/

Yea. Read that yourself... And then thats the answer to this thread

What your saying is why not spend more to get something good... Clear enough?

Clear. You said that it answers my thread question though. Why are we even talking about this? Sorry for the misunderstanding. Thanks for the help.

How about this, can someone name me the top alternator companies ? If I can find an alt for around 400$ and under that pushes out 150a+, I'll be interested. Otherwise, batteries it is.

DC Power (if you are willing to possibly wait months) and Mechman
