Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011 all i know is that i used peel and seal which is roughly 1/3 the price of second skin. and i used 3 layers on the floor and back wall of my truck with very little improvement. i wont make that mistake again. so ide say thicker is better.. yet again i am running 36" super swampers and have straight pipes. cant get my hopes to high about anything.. Guest Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011 iirc someone did a test and found out it takes like 4 layers of peel and seal to equal one layer of second skin damplifier pro. and the cost is practically the same if you add it up.
