dyeagain15
I bought a HU from them back in July of 2010, and recently my Ipod wouldn't play anymore. The display would show the track/artist/playlist info but would only do that. I checked all the connections until I was stumped. I called up Crutchfield's tech support, and within about a minute, the tech had it playing again. Turns out reseting my Ipod was all it took (stupid me) and something I completely didn't think about. So A+ to them If this is in the wrong section, mods please move it Edited January 29, 2011 by dyeagain15 Quote My F-150 Build (So Far) 2 DC L3 10's Kenwood KDC-X794 (4) Selenium ST200 (Highs) (2) RE X8 (Mids) Sundown Sub/Mid/High Amps Shuriken Batteries Knu Wiring My Feedback Thread

Benji0687
Crutchfield has always had excellent customer service. Their prices are pretty high, but the support is exceptional. I bought my dad a new Yamaha 2ch reciever from there, and the whole experience with them was great. Their warranty programs are really really good as well. If you have the extra $, I'd recommend buying from them. Its not bargain prices usually, but you get exceptional support, which is really important for some people.
