Well based on the design it should play down to 32Hz and a little lower and all the way up to 55Hz so it should be pretty loud compared to my old box and have a sweet range for listening to just about anything... 412 CVX Posted August 17, 2012 Report Share Posted August 17, 2012 Actually the upper cutoff for your box is 65 hz. It starts tapering off above that frequency. But in my experience, 6th orders have no problem playing below the lower tuning frequency. Just say no to Ground Pounder Customs. The 6th order was developed and patented by Bose for use in their in home systems but they have also developed an 8th order bandpass. 7th order is strictly a one note wonder for SPL.
