I have been wanting to rebuild my box, so here is a perfect op. Here we go. (built at my house) Cut the MDF at school Back up Couple Screws, but not too many, as i have learned from this forum Sides up Jaspered my baffles Sammich Baffles up and caulked it up a bit Port But i dropped it And one of my 90 degree angle clamps broke Port in Team gg Team doa Installs I have doneMy 2010 Rebuild 144 db so far....2 DC xl 10s Firing into cabin on a RF 25002 12" AQ HD's powered by a Saz 2k + Lots o Mids+Highs Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
BanginOnABudget Posted May 20, 2009 Report Share Posted May 20, 2009 THE INFAMOUS COCK BAFFLE im taking out my passenger seat, battery is disconnected, going to unwire and take out the three amps, take out the 70+ lb box, then the platform so i can crimp 1 wire. Almost as bad as those fegs that put those horns in their grills and roll down the street distorting the block.... 1990 Jeep Cherokee 2 Dr. Big-3 in 0g on Stock Alt. Pioneer 6.5" and 5.25"s temp. until i can afford the new crescendos. Pioneer 6000ub Reciever NO amps at the moment. SA-15 on 1kw coming soon. MSG Me for a free enclosure design!! The box is getting carpeted so i didnt have to do this, but i was showing someone that i could build a box, so i can make some money. Got late so tommorow ill resin, mat, paint the port, and carpet will be Thursday or friday.
