99vic Posted September 18, 2009 Report Share Posted September 18, 2009 ok im stuck.. i shipped a battery to cthedinger he got it thursday the 10th.. i heard nothing. so i sent a pm asking how he liked it. he said when he looked at it and checked voltage he would let me know.. well yesterday he said it was as described and all that good stuff...... well today i get a pm from him saying "hey man i just opened the package to night the negative terminal is pushed in and the plastic is cracked around it" its been a week sense he got the battery. when i packaged it i put extra Styrofoam on the top and bottom a good 1" to1 1/2" thick i dont see how this happened without him noticing the damage to the box. but my question is how does this get fixed. does he contact fedex or do i? do we both????? Once they have done that then they will move forward on the claim. Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more.
