Wastehog
Looks good. I can't wait to see you tear the Geo apart. Everything looks good, only thing I would recommend is, run with the box for a while and make sure you're happy with it before you dump money in air brushing, if you are. If you aren't and you or a buddy is doing it, then my advice isn't as significant. Just tryin to help you save a few dollas. Anyways, good luck and I'm watchin this. Give me some ideas for my buddy's tracker. 1985 Chevy Silverado Black and Silver SBC 350/700r4

SGTSKIP
I agree with the downward firing subs, will make it hard to get to them because that top is easy to get off..... make sure of security in your planning for the amps and batts. I had a Suzuki Samuri back in the day and had a cage WELDED to the frame, and never had my stuff stolen, but some moron punched in my dustcaps, and cut all the wires to the amps but no damage done.... LOL, I sucked the dustcaps out with a shop vac and insurance still bought me new ones, along with the amps and wires. Have fun and look at the install as if You were the guy looking to steal it, Planning saves heartache later. Have fun Steven Does this smell funny to you? I have only thought about security briefly as I live in the country in the middle of 5 acres and this will be just a toy not a daily driver. but thinking about it now the way the design is as of now the amps would be easy to grab I'm gonna put some thought into that On 4/20/2010 at 10:06 PM, 'cc_audio' said: Guys are just like girls, once you've had 18 inches you don't go back. 2004 GMC Yukon XL Pioneer AVH-X4700BS 13 band EQ Sub Amp- (2) PPI 5000BD.1 (2) Re SXX 15's 8 cu. ft. box tuned to 32 Hz (4) 6.5 Bose Mids (2) 1" Bose Tweets (2) 1.5" Bose Tweets (1) JY 80 AH w/ new JY busses (1) Duracell 750 up front Apex Alternators 270 A.C. Gutta Trash
Just ordered the H/O alternator only 105 more amps but should be fine with only around 4,000 watts using 2 extra batts in the back! I'm excited! I'll post pics when it arrives On 4/20/2010 at 10:06 PM, 'cc_audio' said: Guys are just like girls, once you've had 18 inches you don't go back. 2004 GMC Yukon XL Pioneer AVH-X4700BS 13 band EQ Sub Amp- (2) PPI 5000BD.1 (2) Re SXX 15's 8 cu. ft. box tuned to 32 Hz (4) 6.5 Bose Mids (2) 1" Bose Tweets (2) 1.5" Bose Tweets (1) JY 80 AH w/ new JY busses (1) Duracell 750 up front Apex Alternators 270 A.C.
