and youll go to jail for not cooperating. theres a penal code that allows them to search under your hood here in california with "probable cause" the probable cause is where the grey area is that they fuck everyone.

it can be a muffler, lowered car, stickers, whatever they deem fit to classify you as a street racer.

Been to court on this with my accord (yea i know it sounds stupid its an accord) and got my ass handed to me with fines.
