Yeah I still have to put another coat of paint on the port caulk the inside and I'm going to be adding 1/2 piece of mdf to the front for flush mount and I need to get a flush router bit to cut out the holes and port after I put that on.

Well some of you might remember I got these rockford ten's at the pawnshop and only had to fix one of the speaker terminal's. Well I decided to build them a little ported box and I will most likely sell these with my Rockford Fosgate P2002 amp. Box design from amatt85.

take your box and spin it 360 have you tryed it like that and then the short piece of the box would be pointing forward and you could mount your amp thier on an amp rack.

Have you ever tryed the box with the higher side to the back of the truck?? You could build a amp rack coming off the front of the box and mount your new amp their!!

If you did sealed you would have to make a damn good box so it wouldn't flex or break. Like resin/fiberglass the whole inside and maybe outside to and brace the shito out of it.

Congrats bro and like Coogle said do things right and do them right the first time. I had a job at a local shop that was run by hispanic people. There install prices were cheap, but in turn the people that paid the cheap prices got shitty installs. I was installing door speakers in a car while another guy installed a flipout headunit, and he ran out of crimps and just twisted wires together and used electrical tape. Do it right I always tell myself this, I would rather take longer and do something right than to hurry and not do as good of a job.

Well I went to the speaker repair place near my house and they sold me 3 terminals for 5 bucks. So I brought it home and cut/ drilled out the old rivet and riveted the new terminal on and resoldered the wires. Terminals I got Fixed

Sounds loud as fawk how much louder to the ear is it compared to the one in the trunk
