A little vid of me testing it out with some Jezzy Now how loud can I have my radio turned up and then turn the amp on? Would it be bad to do it higher then 20 or does it not matter?

Well I wanted a switch so I could turn the amp off so I did this.

I don't know Ive done it around 20 on the volume does anyone have a toggle switch or installed them cause I want to know how loud it can be for when I turn the amp on?

Yeah I know when to turn it off I just want know how loud can my radio be when I go to turn it on or off. Like say I am blasting my radio at 29 which is where its loud and doesn't distort and I don't have bass on and then I just hit the switch on so when the amp turns on it will make the bass pound, would that be bad could it harm the amp or headunit ect.

Well I went to install the switch yesterday the way you guys said and I went to touch which I thought was a ground and it sparked and turned off the radio, I heard the fuse blow when I did it. Well I switched the wires around and got it all hooked up with speaker wire and installed on the console by the window roller uppers"I don't know the name of them right now". I will have pics up later of the install. Now when I am playing my radio with bass off could I have my radio on what I listen to it which is 27 or 28 and turn the switch on and then the bass increases or should I turn the amp on at a lower listening level. Also has anybody ever heard of or used that adhesive spray that I posted above?

Anybody know how I would wire that switch to my remote wire?

Well wen't to this liquidations place and got some Adhesive spray for when I carpet boxes and anything else and I also got a toggle switch so I can wire it to my amp so I can turn it off. I need to know how to wire the switch to my remote wire cause it didn't come with any directions? Any of you guys used that spray, if so is it good.

You know how easy it was for me to make these like 30 min's on the computer. Go to office depot and get some sticker paper

Sounds to me like you have the sub out of phase go check your wiring I am pretty positive you got a wire backwards somewhere.

I don't know I don't have a lot all you gotta do is go to office depot and get some sticker sheets and then make a thing in jasc or paint that will divide them up and then print like 10 on each page. Like I stated before they aren't made for the outside of the car I am still waiting to get some of those sticker sheets.

Well I am in the 11th grade and have tech class for first block and one of my things to do was make stickers. So I asked Steve If I could use the SMD logo and he said go for it, but make sure to post pics so here they are. Remember these are just for the inside of your car or anywhere where there isn't weathered affects I have to get some that will be ok on the window's.
