I found the problem, but havent fixed it yet. A condenser should fix it. Were you over there when BM's dad was telling me the reason it cooled on the highway, and not at slow speeds was b/c the fan wasnt turning, and at high speeds, it didnt have to b/c of the wind. I took a look at it, and sure enough. fan wasnt spinning. I am unsure if that will stop the squealing, but my dad said that may be causing the motor to build up pressure, and not allowing the pullies to spin right causing the belts to squeal. I will find out soon enough

As long as the money is going back into the car, most of which is repairing, and not putting in cool stuff, i dont see the problem. And don't pull the "That's why insurance rates are high card", b/c i pay a shit ton of money per month for insurance too.

1998 Civic LX 1.6, d16y7. I found some cheap parts, with decent shipping, but then they want 80bucks handling charge. Decent shipping = 100bucks for a trunk, bumper, qp extensions, and an a/c condenser. That left me with 60bucks, but i need taillights, and would like some headlights too. mirrors and a new hood would be trump tight.

I was really suprised that 2 taillights, and a QP extension was 500bones. I was expecting like 2-300 max. I just wish she'd have smashed the fuck out of it. I need two new axles, a windshield, and a door panel.

Both Quarter Panel Extensions Bumper Trunk Lid Then A/C Condenser Tail Lights Head Lights Mirrors Hood, if enough. If i do this right, i should be able to get everything but the hood, and I may be able to dig up enough for it too.
