Back when I had my ten nano, I would check parameters every couple days and do water changes a lot at first. Once the rock, sand, get established I was doing a water change every week or so. Do you feed a lot?

Yeah that crap!! House was built in 2006 and the a/c is ruined already from this stuff. All the electric plugs where turning black. Cant imagine what it would do to your lungs. I can't left my family into a place that I know will make them sick. Sucks because we really liked this place/neighborhood.

Starting in 2001, the US started import drywall from china. I guess it really hit hard after all the hurricanes and what not hit Florida. Anyways Chinese drywall gives off this horrible smell (like rotten eggs) when it gets hot and humid. It also gives off other gases which lead to breathing problems, cancers, and a bunch of other crap. To correct the problems all the drywall, a/c, electric, plumbing needs to be replaced.

Had the place inspected today and the inspector says he has good reason to believe there is Chinese drywall. Oh well I guess we keep looking.

I got the news last night that The bank accepted my offer to purchase my next house!! Im so excited!! 3 bedroom 2 bath with a 2 car garage on just over an acre of land.

That is great. I have figured out: clay bar hood, apply several coats of tech wax to hood. I haven't seen paw prints on the hood since. But it would nice to see them "running on ice, or a kitty face plant".

I just thought I should let everyone know about Nathan at xs power. He is a real stand up guy and represents what customer service should be. Even though I bought xs power batteries, I didn't buy them directly from him. I purchased the batteries through a authorized retailer and was having issues contacting the company i purchased from and my order was dragging out with no end in sight. Nathan made contact and got my issue straighten up and shipped. I never asked him for assistance and I never thought of asking him, but he saw that I had an issue that he could resolve for me. I will be xs for life because of his service. Thank you
