How much do those monitor ususally run? I dont know what I would do with it cause I dont have a dvd capible headunit, but I am sure I could find something to do with it. I am thinking about puting in a carputer since i love working with computers, and I have some spare parts laying around. I would just want some songs on a hard drive or somethin, that would be pretty cool, and I wouldnt worry about anyone stealing the computer parts, but the screen might hurt abit if they took that... Someone hook me up with a link to those monitors?

If the screen itself is good, I wanna rip it outta that casing and custom make it to work in my car... but I am afraid that if I take it in, they will tell me the screen is shot. I also wouldnt know how to hook it up in my car...

Well I was cleaning my room today, and looked at my subs, I cant wait to get them back in... But I was looking at the box, you know admiring my work! Then I look in the port where I put the wire for now, and saw cob webs.... I kinda teared up a little.... sad moment. Hope you guys dont have to go through the same thing...

Flip the laptop over so the bottom is facing up, and there should be like 4 or 5 little plates that are screwed down, at least on my hp it says RAM and has a picture on the plate that the ram is under, really easy to install, takes like 5 min max.

Well, I am guessing that you are driving a 96 saturn SL.... Look on the internet, im sure that somewhere it will tell you how to take apart the ignition. And that is the 2nd best place to hook up the REM since the HU isnt capible. good luck.

Make sure that you arent overclocked too much if at all. Deff sounds like a heat issue, when I would over clock too much the heat would get to high and restart the computer... The best cheapest way to cool a computer is to take the side off till you get more fans on the mobo...

I wanna take the screen out and custom make a frame for it, and put it in my car... I just need to find out if the screen is bad, or the power source...

Seen it 2 times, it was awesome both times, im just a little sad that the theater wasnt packed on opening night, the first night I saw it it was packed but it was 2 days before the movie came out... Oh well, it ruled.

Could anyone tell me how to hook up a nice sub up to my computer? I have one with the speaker set I have now, but I want some REAL BASS. Anyone know?

I got it for christmas so im not going to complain. The batt is really useless, but it is funny to see when the power goes out all my friends on aim get kicked off at once, I only have about 30 seconds to watch though hahaha, I now have it so my wireless router and my modem are on the batt, just incase I wanna get on the laptops. the battery lasts alot longer with just those 2 plugged in. Plus the company said that if anything got fried while plugged into this product that they give you 10000 bucks, they are really sure of themselves.

I have done this, everything is set to "NEVER" shut down/sleep/anything. I believe that it is what I have it plugged into, it is a surge protector that has a battery back up, and I just came down here tonight to get on, and when I moved the mouse it did the same thing like the screen said "monitor is working, check cables" well I sat there wondering why this is happening to me and I was reaching for the hammer, when all of the sudden my screen popped up and said "Please save all information and change battery blah blah blah" you know, what it says when you laptop battery is low, well I guess that this "protector" sometimes losses power or something like cause, cause it beeps when there is no power going into it and the batt is running, well sometimes ill wake up in the middle of the night and it will do this, but my clock plugged into the wall is still on so I know that we didnt lose power. This is the first time that it has ever come outta the "monitor is working correctly, check cables" screen, and actually gotten me onto windows. Anyways, lets hope that this is finished.

Invest in a multimeter! They are awesome in telling you the ohms so you dont mess something up... Also tells you volts... Great tool

I was playing ball with some guy one time, and when he went up for the dunk, his ring got stuck on the rim, and he came down with his finger still attached to the rim...

I have XP... I have had this computer on for at least a week at a time before this. I am sure that everything is set correctly. It has stopped. It wouldnt just go into sleep... Like if I was watching a vid on the net or something it would just shut off the monitor and the sound would go away as well... I think that it was a loose cord or something cause my uptime right now is 3 days 5 hours... It wouldnt even go a day when it would shut off by itself, and it would do it randomly, not after a certain amount of time...

I think that people quit reading this cause there are still no pictures...

I dont want to say that it is fixed cause everytime I do that then the problem comes back, but that computer has been on for a day now, Last night I pulled it and unplugged and re plugged everything back in... I cleaned up some wires in the process too... I am not going to say that it is solved but im feeling better...
