Yes, at the time the pic was taken they were the cheap gold plated ones. I just needed like two feet more so I got an extension. But since then I have gottin some new longer ones from Mr. Tunes (audio shop in my area). But the only reason I changed them out was cuz im not one for ghetto rigging shit. Did those mess with my amps or the kinda signal they were getting?

Directed's SXD4 10's (not the cheap extrem bullshit) take 600 RMS each. little more but they hit really good. my friends pushing 400RMS to eaach and they some really clean.

When I had my older cherokee a buddy of mine bought a bunch off ebay. It wasnt dynamat it was some other company but I deffenitly lost a ton of rattling on my back lift gate. And as far as removing it ( which I tried before getting rid of ) lets just say it dint go well. The one piece I tried taking put was no longer one piece.

It's nothing huge or crazy like 6 15's. But I bought this 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee about a month ago. I'm putting 4 12" SXD4 Directed Sub's in a ported box ( Well tech. two box's). So far I have all four sub's the box's and two D2400 amps. 1 Kientik 2400HC and hopefuly in the next couple of months I can get a 260 Amp Alt. I found on Iraggi ebay store. Cant put the other box in Jeep til I get a replacement for my other box ( With the other Directed's) thats in the Grand Prix right now. This is the other box thats still in the prix that I will be putting in. And these are the headlights I want to put on it since the ones I have now are sun damaged and foggy. And last but not least I will tint the front windows when summer come around or when its nice for a few days but since this is michigan prolly not for 2 or 3 months. But not very dark just as dark as the rear ones. Also I want to put rims but I am having trouble finding a set that I like. Has anyone seen rims (22's-24's) that look good on this style Jeep.

ok so im pretty sure my alpines are not strapable. now that i think about it this has to do with amps that having master and slave setting right? my directeds have these setting. so i guess i will have to get another amp or get a smaller box but thanx everyone for the help.

the amps are 2ohm stable. i have yet to pick out subs i just know there gonna be DVC. i havent pick a brand yet still lookin i want to figure out how much power i gonna be using like if i will have to just get another amp or just get a 2 sub box. the amps push 600RMS each at 2 ohm. how can i find out if my amps are strappable?

in my jeep i have two diirected D2400's so there fine. they make plenty of power. for my jeep i have a 2400 HC kinetik in the back i deff. need to upgrade on my alt. but i cant find any of these iraggi alts.. i went to www.iraggialtenators.com and it wasnt a legit site. i can hook that up my self thats easy. but how do i do two mono amps to three dual voice coil subs with out messing anything up?

so are you saying hook up one voice coil from each sub to one amp and the other three to the other amp?

so i was wondering about a hook up i want to do. in my jeep i hve two directed sxd4 12 in. subs in a ported box. i put the same set up in my girlfriends car. but ive gotten to the point where i want to put hers in m jeep as well. but i dont just want to take them from her i would like to relace them. the amps thats i put in her car are two alpine m650's i have a box that will fit 3 subs and i would like to put it inher car. i dont know what kinda of subs im going to use yet. but is it possible to hook up 3 subs to 2 amps and send equal power to all 3 subs?if so how?
