Hells yes, Id like to thank Randy as well. Picked up my stickers and duck (indian duck) this weekend at the dbdrag/bass race at US Audio. Also a big help for my dbdrag bracket finals. I took first place in mini street 1 in qualifying and then for finals, me and the 2nd place guy tied once at 142.2 and then took 5 mins to recharge our batts and when the second round of the bracket finals came 5 mins later, randy helped push on my trunk to try and get a .1 or so db out of it. Scared the shit out of me when i felt the back end of my accord dip down lol. Sadly took 2nd place by like .2 db because my battery was done after than but I really appreciate all the help and support man. Much appreciated man! -

Happy birthday sir! -
And why the fuck would you need to recone them? Just because they are old doesnt mean they have to be reconed. Seriously, you are saying you took all this time on the sealed box, but you wont take the time and effort to try it a different way one more time. I mean you might want to spend that 100$ max on a new box instead of having to spend upwards of 1,000$ or even more to do a different setup

You will be fine with those 2600s, just dont go gain crazy.

I would do that. And you might get the free hj from her if you give her the headunit lol. The HU is in very good shape as well. Works 10/10 and only has one small scratch on the screen so a 8.889083/10 -

Lol, just thought I would throw them in there to help sway things a bit. But the most I could do is probably the GP3000D and $400 cash moniesss. But the amp I just use for daily. But I really dont drive that much since I drive in with my mom to work for the summer and when I head back to school, the car is in the parking lot a good amount as well. The amp is in great condition, I would give it a solid 9/10 cosmetic only because of the mounting tabs just have some run from the screws, the face is in great shape as well everything else. mechanically it is a 10/10, I have it to a red top with an Iraggi 200amp alt so it never really sees below 13.5 volts. Big 3 as well with all 1/0 so the flow is nice and juicy. As far as pics, I dont have an recent ones, but I do have some in my build log of when I first got it and when I first installed it in my 2000 Accord. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...l=amateur+build -
You wont need a real intricate design for a Q. It will come easier than you think
-
They are 1k peak a piece he said. His friend has double the cone area that a single 12" Q has which will add to the amount of air that is being pushed.
-
so he is basically running around 500-1000 rms total for his two subs. Your single Q would push more air than a single one of his. BUT, it may push more air than yours because he will have double the motor and double the cone area.
-
What will you be powering this subwoofer by anyways? It should really be nice clean power for it to sound the best it can.
-
You dont go by "Peak" power rating, that is just a number to make it sound louder. You should really go by RMS rating. The Q I would say is optimal with about 1200 rms power with no BP option. If the Q is fully loaded, which means it will be able to handle more, you can throw around 1500 watts at it and sound great.
