timing belt is 105,000 miles or 7 years cv joints could last the life of the car, depends on where you live and how its driven since you probably don't know when the last time the fluid was changed in the transmission, I'd say go ahead and get it done oh and those transmissions are one of the weakest ones honda has made since the 90's but if you mom will be doing most of the driving then it shouldn't be a problem

I'm in search for an alt now but the reason the 2 batteries are up front is because there is no room in the back for any extras, unless I put them behind the front seats. I guess that won't be a bad spot since a few of the amps will be under the back seat, but was just hoping to keep the batts hidden away somewhere. I will probably just take a ride to the junkyard and tear one of the Jeeps apart up there to see where any others car be stuffed in the back, rather tear one of those apart first lol. thanks guys

I'm drawing a blank on the best way to run +/- wiring front front to back for a vehicle with only 2 batteries up front (1 on each side of alt) not sure if 2 batteries would be enough but there will be 2 3000 watt amps and a ~800watt 4 channel. both batteries are powermaster d3100 thanks for the help

There are plenty of forums with FAQ threads and if this thread were just an open noob thread it would get to be 100 pages and the same question would come up every 20 pages. Instead just condense it into 1 post

like people previously posted, addiction is a HUGE mental game. as long as you don't enjoy taking them then you should be fine later on. on another note, if you are in that much pain all the time and you don't feel anything when on the meds, you should eat only when you are feeling above the clouds lol oh and feel better man! I know if I were you I wouldn't leave my bed until I was 100% healed! lol I sprained my ankle once, iced it for a day, then thought I was super man and decided to go ride my bike.. ended up breaking my ankle about 5 minutes later.. learned my lesson with that one, every injury I get I lay in bed like a bitch until its all better lol

maybe something for some of the NOOBS out there who aren't quite sure what all the lingo is or how to do certain things. Instead of making a million threads asking the same questions over and over or cluttering up other peoples threads, why not make a FAQ thread of some sort with a bunch of links pointing him/her in the right direction?
