Yea, they rape you on shipping and assembly fees. Thats how it is for most ATVs out there. Do you have to buy new, or could you deal with a used one?

What kind of truck do you have? I may have a box that will help you. I custom built it for a friend that had a 2000 f-150 ext cab. It replaces the bottom half of the backseat and holds 2 12's down firing. It pounds incredibly hard, and its sealed. He got a new truck and he bought a box off ebay so this things just sitting here collecting dust. It has a gray cushioned top with 3" of padding but I didn't get any pictures of it. It doesn't leave much room behind the backseats, but enough for a little kid.

I'm not sure if it counts as muscle or not. I have a '73 Ford F-100 with a 390 under the hood. No clue as to HP/TQ but it runs! I had to park it at our farm because it only gets ~7 MPG (may have something to do with driver ) I can get pics if ya'll want them. Looks like the one in my avatar, but its all light green.

It doesn't matter when you turn O/D on. Just hold the pedal to the floor and keep the wheel straight. And don't get caught.

As for the winning the race, stock performance and driver ability determine who will win.

Overdrive is just like having another gear, which makes you get better gas mileage. The thing on the headunit,... I have no clue what its for but I bet its not for the transmission.

I thought he was talking about 1 sub to 1 amp at 1 ohm. My bad. Yea, I know that there is no way to get 2 DVC 2 ohm subs down to 1 ohm.

Having them at 1 ohm will make your amp happier than having it a .5 ohms. It will make the amp last longer because it doesn't have to heat up so much. And did you ever reply to my last PM?

If you can afford to(if you have enough ft^3), screw some 2x4's in there. As the volume decreases the tuning goes up.
