ya done emailed scott they said $220 for shipping there recone/basket and shipping back...ya the guy i bought mine from had a stetsom 7kd on each of them n sum hoe friend the leads n had them like soldered and spliced with wires so every once in awhile ill re break it n have to re-rig it up but i havent had the funds lately but i figure ill fix the one that needs just a recone first since it'll be a little cheaper to fix it an i only have a box for one sub since iv never had both installed..but i been thinkin maybe if i get the box built itll give me a lil more incentive to get my subs fixed lol....I plan on having them wall it behind my rear seat in my 99 cherokee

ya iv got 2 of them n the other one the tinsel leads are messed up same as this one i keep having to rig them up to work..now the baskets cracked on this one...n my job cut hours so iv only worked 3 days in the past month so im gonna be out for awhile.....

well I jus fried my tinsel lead and was taking it out of the box an when the shop made the box for me they jus the hole a lil too big so not all the screws grab n i thought i got all the ones that were in the wood and gravity took over n the sub started to slide outta the box so i grabbed ahold n it turns out there were 2 screws left holding it in

I broke the basket on my 18" BTL and was wondering what i do now? does FI fix this and if so how much? is a recone included in the price??? uploading pix now

ya i bought one of this but its 16G and wont go in...my girl broke a piece off sum hoops she has(the part that goes thru ur ear) its 20G an by the time we puled my earring out and she turned around to grab the new one it had alrdy cosed in the back n we have to repierce it with my earring...

ok. I just got my ears pierced last night.n today at work they told me i couldnt wear them..they said that i could jus go into the reak room every hour or 2 n put them n for a couple minutes n it should be find...I dont like this idea for the fact that it will very irritated and the risk of infection and may grow back up...iv got like 20g studs in right now n i found sum clear 16g plugs but we cant get them to go thru the hole in the back of my ear..n i have to do sumthing...i stopped by sum tattoo shops n they said fishing line or weed eater line??? so i guess i can try that...anyone else got any ideas????? im off tomorrow n go back thursday so i have to find sumthing fast..... i just got both lobes done

i know wat u mean about the retards behind the parts counter...seems like every place around here is like that the o'reillys in my town is pathetic..They know NOTHING about EVERYTHING...always giving me the wrong parts was in there the other day and a NEW dodge challenger pulled up an we were all lookin at it and the guy behind the counter was like Dang is that one of those new mustang challengers ...I was like wtf???i usually end up buying everything in fort smith bout 15miles from where i live so i know im getting the right parts...

Omg so taday i was at work (Atwoods) and a guy was buying a chainsaw n had his system goin while we were servicing it for him so i asked what he had an he said 2 12" clarion subs on a 1kwatt ma audio amp on 2 batteries and boston mids and highs which cost him $500 for those btw..Then he askd wat I had and I told him n he was o ya 1 18"...Back n the day when i competed I had 18 18" subs in a nissan hardbody with a camper over the bed..( like pipo).....I was trying to to bust out laughing at this point then I was like Dang 18 of em wat did you meter it at and he said and I quote "197.8 DB" then he said when he got it metered he was so embarresed because when they put the mic n an turned it up his truck died and he had to get jumped by this time I was having trbl holding back laughing and luckily he left soon after lol ppl these days

my electrical is all stock n my alt is only 117amps...only thing i got goin for it is 0gauge....I was thinking of wiring my sub to a higher ohm load..i would b able to wire it to 4ohms wouldnt i??? the amp kicks off when it hits in the 9volt range on the screen

I have a hk4000D pushing on of my 18" BTL and iv got it wired to 1 ohm the amp does fine at lower volume but when i turn it up the amp shuts off does it do this because it isnt getting enough volts or wat???

k im wanting to hook up another battery i have laying around to my amp i have a ma audio HK4000D and when i turn it up too loud it shuts off until i turn the volume back down cause it draws too much power...so i was wondering if this is how i would wire 2 batteries...the main battery would b the one under the hood....
