  1. im not too familier with polk but they are a good brand like you said you dont want really loud just something that sounds good so i would think they are good enough
  2. honestly i got my stuff on ebay. and it even comes with warranty and everything
  3. $500 for a 12" is ok since it comes with a box that will give you good bass as for a amp i would go with the kicker ZX1550.1 its a class D amp
  4. thats crazy i heard about that 36" sub but this one is just freaky. to bad kicker doesnt make a functional sub that big. I'd buy it in a heartbeat
  5. i would buy it if i had the cash, but i would be worried about what else could be on there
  6. I wonder if its usable. Looks like something Steve Meade would experiment with.
  7. so far this is the most impressive one i've seen
  8. Can somebody tell me what the deal is with this? http://pics.realmofexcursion.com/albums/us...10001/usd02.jpg
  9. you can always try a yellowtop, i have one and it hasent let me down yet
  10. perfect fit for the back. im thinking of building a box like that for my wagon. only difference is that it will hold 4 15" subs.
  11. Not a bad setup at all. good box to go with the speakers.
  12. my toyota (the wagon in my pic) has about 218,000 miles on it give or take and it still runs good except for the usual loss of power and it smokes not real bad but if i let it idle for a minute or two it will start to smoke. oh well as long as it looks good and basses hard
  13. yeah i got a 2004 buick lesabre and it uses the high beam bulb as the driving light but it a different filament than the actual highbeam so the highbeam bulbs has two filaments. kinda wierd
  14. I was using that new wax called ice from turtle wax. it gives a good shine but comes off easily after like two or three car washes. so i'm currently trying out other brands of wax.
  15. to bad that wont work online. I got my subs on ebay, 2 kicker L7's 15" brand new for $470 shipped with one year warranty. Only to find out that some guy was selling a 18" solo-x for like $500 new. no big deal my subs are working just fine for me. although i wouldnt mind having two more
