haha no beef meant man, just being sarcastic.  figured you were getting solid advice already.  dont worry about the clip light doing a single flicker, just means youre getting close to distortion.  if it doesn't come on steady then youre good.  sounds like your equipment is getting set up nicely (and properly).  gratz on tuning it properly, hopefully you secured that box and sub really well to keep it in place in case any of those neighbors want to help themselves...

man i remember working in audio shops like 15 years ago, plugging a sub into the wall was to straight murder it or finish a dying one off.  now it's breaking a beast like this in.  engineering is amazing.  thanks steve, that was cool af

you can do a lot with some of the badass 8s available nowadays, may be easier to work with that small of an airspace, hell, look into the 6.5" sub market.  they make a surprising amount of noise.  I've used and installed lots of diamond audio, it's not my favorite stuff for the price.  just my $0.02
