the banner program has been taking out of the mix now. Theres only one image being loaded every time. That should do the trick. Let me know if you have more problems. Also try clearing your browser cache before going back to the site.

have no idea why this is coming up, I do suspect its the banner rotating program running the background that switches the header image. I'll change the code from a javascript tag to a php tag, that should clear it up.
