Not exactly. With V belts, all of the belts are aligned differently. So wat you need to do is get all of the brackets need to do a v belt to serpentine. Go to a local wreaking yard and get the brackets from an engine that is the same as yours and is a serpentine system. then you can get the pulleys that are on the stuff at the same time. Probably the cheapest way possible

My understanding about Tlines/quarter wave theory is the "port" area is the same as the surface area of the Sub. Well I have been driving this car for the past couple of months delivering pizzas for domino's. It came with no speakers, or HU. I couldnt take it anymore so i decided to get some 6.5's for the rear deck and run them off of HU power, and take the HU out of my truck and put it in. Drove around with that for a little while, then decided i need bass again, and bad. So, I took the 12" pioneer shallow out of my truck, and got 2 more shallow pioneers for free (only one of the 2 works), built a 1.5 cube box tuned to 35 hz with a 4" by 12" tall port. Both of them are running on a POS HItron 1400 watt 2 channel amp(saving money and getting a better one hopefully soon) All the pieces cut and ready to put together and test fitted into the car. Truck's tailgate is the perfect height for putting pieces together and cutting. I miss driving my truck on the daily Everything mocked in place time for a test fit AH SHIT!!!!! Much better Everything is glued, screwed and caulked into place

Well the plan was for it to have it tomorrow, but that plan fell threw. I believe that it is still going to be on a sunday, but im not sure. We are still trying to decide on a location (most likely going to be in Temecula). Ill be with Treo tomo and ill see if i can get it nailed down.

When you go and replace the alt, check the wiring harness leading up to the alt. My sister had a 97, and it went through 2 alts in a matter of 2 months. Couldn't figure it out, so my dad took it to a mechanic put it on the lift, peeled back the wire harness outer covering and found a 6" section of wires that melted together and started shorting out the alt. Got it fixed, and drove and was fine for the next couple months she drove it. But i would suggest that you get a bigger alt, instead of having to replace them all the time. Call up DC power, Irragi, Mechman... and get a price quote for a bigger alt. Might be worth it in the end to do it that way.
