Well after only receiving 1/2 the order we had to file a claim with USPS. I guess it would have been a sweet deal if everything would have showed up. I will rate Nofearx18 as a possible A+ seller. No real complaints from me currently and I would probably buy from him again if it was the same deal and different shipping company.

I have NEVER said that DC powers alts are too good to be true. I have however consistently said that people who say that they are so easy to get a hold of 24 hrs a day are a little overzealous it is too good to be true. That is not negative or bashing in anyway. It is the truth. This thread goes to show this very point. This person was looking at the different companies for alternators and found that the one you hype did not respond to his needs. EVERY company has customer service problems some are less than others but some people prefer to talk directly with someone who works at a company and not hear excuses for not being able to get ahold of the employees. I have not bashed the product involved here in anyway. You however do not work for the company and by you trying to pass yourself off as an employee or a salesman for the company hurts the image far more than My posts pointing out to research a company before buying from them. Edead is NOT a good find. It sucks. Second Skin just came out with a third line of Deadner that is for "inexpensive" needs. I would defiantly buy it.

I would say the DC Audio level 5 10" would be the most impressive inverted. I am not sure why a couple people would say a painted dustcap that you would never see but what ever. You could even do a IA Warden them motor are sweet.

When it was another Company; They were bashing them every chance he could get. Why didnt you stand up for them? I am not bashing here it is the truth. In fact there was more than one person inquiring to there services that did post in their section or other areas. Once again my statement above holds true. I am not saying I would not buy from them but I am saying if something sounds too good to be true it probably is. Common sense should always rule a decision. I do not like the Bass cube. I run one in my wifes car and have for 10 years or so. The only benefit it has is a subsonic filter and 1 band of eq. If you have an amp that has a remote you would never need it. In all honesty I think it sounds horrible to boot. It just gives her something to play with. :-)

Make sure to set up the sub output on the alpine too.

Well we got the alt put in finally(see J^2 Build log) and man it kicks ass. the case was a tad different so the back brace did not bolt up so we had to bend it out of the way but man it is a rock steady 14.4 volts. Thanks again Mechman the price is less than a refurb from autozone and it stomps the factory one as well.
