  1. let us know how it works out for you bro !
  2. have you tried taking out the sub making the noise, and switching the wires to the other side? i mean if its wired on 1 side switch it?
  3. i was thinking low voltage, thats why i asked about the specs... if you got just a regular batt up front, you should replace that, and if you got cash add a 2nd one in the back just to help with the power
  4. can you post specs of your system? how many batts... ect.. what car its in as well
  5. well i say go get that bish, and some more lvl 10s !
  6. have the insurance file the car as totaled and they will cash you out for the new blazer !
  7. he has roughly a 200~ budget, which is why i suggested the audiopipe amp, because when i had 2 1500s it pushed my 2 lvl 4s really nicely
  8. i have no idea... but for under 200 you dont have alot of options, you could run 1500 rms to it with http://www.caraudiodeals.com/audiopipe-ap15001d-p-1452.html what i had befor.. that will push the lvl 4 nicely.. since i had 1 per sub on my old lvl 4s
  9. well, i dont know how much it will put out honestly, but i heard the GP series has good ratings http://www.dealercostcaraudio.com/GP1500D.aspx or http://www.dealercostcaraudio.com/GP2500D.aspx
  10. what coils do you have for it? how much do you have to spend? if dual 1s get audiopipe ap30001d for roughly 360~ and run 1 coil per channel
  11. what amp do you have running to it?
  12. the level 4 is rated at 1000 rms 2000 max... i dont suggest putting 4k rms on a regular lvl 4...
  13. or just run 1 coil per amp, and set the amps the same
  14. do you know how to wire the subs and all that? if not http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_c...s.asp?Q=&I= that will help you out greatly how much power are you looking for at 2 ohm? http://www.caraudiodeals.com/audiopipe-ap15001d-p-1452.html 950 rms at 2 ohm....
  15. hahahaha thats funny
  16. moar pix, finished.... we also found out for those that have XM radio, you can hook up your ipod via that.. hook up your xm all the way except with the imput wires on, hook up your ipod wires to imput then turn it onto XM and you got your self a ipod adapter.... onto the pix just realized my integra was in one of them as well LOL
  17. he has d4s if your looking for 1500 rms, try the audiopipe ap15001d is about 180 online... and 1 ohm stable
  18. those batteries are sealed and dont give off fumes... if thats the reason you dont want it in there, but there are other options you could run it in your bed liner or up front under the hood if you have room
  19. run the power wire from the batt up front, to the batt in the back, you fuse with in 18 inches of the first batt, and fuse within 18 inches of the second batt... ground your battery to a good solid ground...connect the fused power wire to the battery *2 fuses on that wire* then run a power wire from your back battery to your amp, and your done
  20. Ok my dad has a 1990 300zx, he is working on a extremely tight budget and he called me up today and said *lets install this shit..* so at 8 am i head over... *its 1:30 now and im just getting home* we start working on it... the car was completely stock *bose system inside but all the speakers were blown... so needless to say we worked and worked and worked, i took some pics but my camera died right when we finished it up... ill take some more of the final product tomorrow on to the pix
  21. i dont think the car was turned on... to be honest, i heard the chime thing when you open the door.... or maybe it was my imagination
  22. *quote = i dunno man, this wire here is 10 ga. the wiring used to wire the plugs in your wall is only 12ga. if its a newer house 14 ga. 10ga is 3enuff besides this only 2000 watts rms * ........... dunno if any one else caught that... he will fry that 778 dollar sub and his 2 15s in no time i think LOL
